Another awesome property Ready to be Leased
Getting real estate ready to cash flow takes some rehab and basically getting the property finished.
I was with an investor that lives locally yesterday and they wanted me to sell their property they were remodeling. We met at the home and the contractor was not there. The investor was visibly upset because the contractor was not there and had promised to be finished. They were having a lot of issues with the contractor.
That does not happen to my clients. We have full time teams and get projects done and ready to lease and sell later.
