Being a Realtor has little to no guarantees that you can make a living at it full time. The old way is cold calling and blasting emails which do work. The issue is burnout and after you create a sale you have to start all over.

Being a Realtor since 2000 I have learned how to create a business that pays me monthly and gets me more deals.

Creating a unique business that attracts clients and their properties is Key to being successful in the real estate commission world.

I know every month what I can expect for a minimum (5 figures a month) and I build from there.

Brokerage is also important and they need to support investment real estate if they don’t it can cost you millions in business.

Key Realty in Ohio and Michigan has created a great format to support me in building my investment real estate business. I can look forward to serving clients even more and creating a lot of income for both me and my clients.
