Noticing Listing Details makes all the difference in Income Real Estate

Noticing that a property can be more than it currently is can be a big asset. This property was listed as a 2 bedroom but it was really a 3 bedroom. I research and find deals all the time.

Not only that but it was a bedroom with a bathroom making it a bedroom suite. Installing a new door created a new private bedroom suite.

This did 3 things that created more value for the home and more rent. We also got a better deal on the price because of the 2 bedroom listing.
