Selling Real Estate Fast takes Marketing

So many real estate in 2024 takes a lot of effort and marketing. You have to get your property in front of faces most people look for real estate on their computer.

This particular house was a little bit different. My clients were moving out of their house till February, but needed to sell it because they were building a new house.

They came to me and wanted to list at a certain price and I said we could get more for the property and work out a deal with a buyer so they can stay in their house and get top price. Seems impossible?

I studied the floorplan in the area and it was a very very hot area. I figured I could get some offers in and see if I could work out a deal for my client so they could stay in the home until February.

The offer came in full price ($20,000 more than they thought they would get) so I called the agent and said they need to stay in there till February. At first the real estate agent was shocked and said I don’t know if I can get that worked out.
