Who’s watching Your Investment Real Estate?

Everyone loves to post about when they buy an investment property, but few ever show the results of their projects. That is the biggest thing that needs to be done, getting finished and being successful.

I post numbers on real estate when we have completed the progress on the rehab. Most Real Estate Agents do not have a rehab crew to assist in making it easier for investors.

Unfortunately most so called experts assist much after they get their commission or money from the sale.

After the sale is when the real work starts on ensuring a property has a successful conclusion and has property management that keeps real estate producing income for a client.

This property has a front area that we can make into a studio. The property will rent for approx $1200 a month. It will also add more equity to this property.

This was a very difficult upgrade but my client wanted the extra unit added on and that is what we are doing.
